This dispenser handles pouches up to 3.5 inches wide and 3/8 inch thick at speeds up to 120 cuts per minute. It incorporates a guillotine cutter and uses compressed air to drive the knife. It is ideal for narrow, limited space applications.

AZCO pouch dispensers feed and cut 3-dimensional pouched products from a continuous strip wound on a reel or fan folded container. Typical products are desiccants, ingredient pouches for food products, overwrapped medical components, household components, and promotional materials. A dual tractor drive system easily handles a continuous web of slippery foil and Tyvek pouches without the crushing pressure associated with nip roll drives. State-of-the-art electronics accurately registers cut position even with irregular pouch lengths, to ensure no mis-cuts and no stopping. Set up changes are made easily through a membrane keypad which accesses our microprocessor. These world class dispensers carry the European CE mark of compliance.

Simple and easy for you to use controls. A color touch screen is supplied to provide user friendly access at your finger tips. Each screen has a layout with a help screen for added support. The operator has a few screens which they can access. There is a password protected section which provides the supervisor complete and total access to all control functions. A Remote Access Diagnostics is supplied on all units. Should you need technical support or like a software update, it can be done remotely. A USB port is supplied on all PLC control units. Just plug your laptop into the port and access the internet. We will access the controls and take over your unit. Within minutes we can support your unit from anywhere in the world. A web cam is also provided to support your mechanical needs
