SUR-SIZE™ Sheeter Model: FGW-1000 Models FGW-1000 This process incorporates an AZCO Accumulator with an articulated dancer assembly and multiple tension rollers as well as the AZCO Heavy Duty Cut to Length unit. The web will pass thru the accumulator before passing into the blades where the material will be indexed to a predetermined length. After the cutting process the material will exit the cutting unit and be moved by an optional take-away conveyor.

Accumulator station rollers are anodized. All bearings on the accumulator rollers are sealed and permanently lubricated. The articulated dancer roller will travel 20-inches. The articulated dancer roller will travel on and be guided by linear bearings. The accumulator slaves the FGW-1000 to the upstream process. A sensor will monitor the position of the dancer roller and will permit the FGW-1000 to continue when ample material is present. All covers will be stainless steel. All aluminum parts will be clear anodized. All sealed and lubricated bearings for long life. Does not include a stand No controls or wiring Accessory Material Any type of thin material, including paper, foil, and film.
