Our Solution
VIP-100 Pouch Dispenser
- AZCO’s VIP-100 pouch dispenser rotary die cuts and dispenses packets
- A power assist pulls the material from a container, and a turning roll guides it into the dispenser
- The operator guides the pouch into the cantilever dual servo drive belts
- Once it is in place, the belts are closed, and the material automatically self-feeds to the proper starting position
- The unit is optically registered to cut in the proper position between each pouch
- The entire station is on a mobile equipment stand. The height can be easily adjusted and rolled into a packaging line
