Technical Sales Representative - Packaging / Medical Device Equipment

We’re seeking an experienced sales professional with a technical mindset and a background in the packaging or medical device industry.
In this role, you will:
- Partner directly with customers to understand their production and process needs.
- Recommend reliable, effective equipment solutions tailored to their applications.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through order completion.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure each project is executed smoothly from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer relationships and who takes pride in contributing to products that make a positive impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Meet with engineers, production managers, and buyers to understand their operations and challenges.
- Recommend machinery solutions that fit customer requirements.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Work closely with engineering and production to ensure accurate project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites (approximately 20–25% travel).
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates to sales management.
What You Bring

- Strong relationship-building skills and a good communicator.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical or capital equipment sales, ideally in the packaging or medical device sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical discipline (preferred).
