Our Solution:

AZCO Corp. designed and manufactured a cutting assembly that can be mounted on new or existing equipment and utilizes a shear cutting system for clean cuts.

  • A roll of flexible material with a maximum width of 1000mm [39”] is guided into the station.
  • A hand crank is turned to feed the material through the station.
  • Rotary shear blades cut through the material as it exits the chute.
  • The unit comes with 10 slitter blades and matching anvils to allow for multiple material widths.
  • Slitter blades can easily be adjusted across the width of the unit for specific measurements.
  • The output shaft is provided for easy installation of a timing pulley to motorize the unit.
  • Mounting holes are included for unit to be added onto new or existing equipment.
  • The top slitter shaft is removeable for cleaning and services.
  • The unit has a clear anodized finish on all aluminum components.
