- Unit will be supplied with (11) 16mm wide pneumatically controlled holders
- Features pneumatically-controlled switches for each slitting blade, giving the opportunity to make as many as 11 cuts or as little as 1 cut of thin material.
- Easy to adjust the slit width by moving the slitter holders on the dove tail bar.
- Eccentric locking lower anvils for quick change over
- Can be either motorized or unmotorized as shown.
- Designed to bolt it on to a new or existing machine or process.
- The rotary system has a precision ground anvil shaft with hardened lower anvils
- Blade materials are thru hardened D-2 tool steel
- Precision bearings will be used; they are designed to take high load forces
- Precision machined steel side frame plates
- The unit will be supplied with an output shaft, which can be driven
- Mounting holes for easy installation can be specified by client
- Unit will have a clear anodized finish on all aluminum components
