Vistage Recognizes Andrew Zucaro With a 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award
Fairfield, N.J., January 8, 2025 — Andrew Zucaro, President and Founder of AZCO Corp., has been named the recipient of a 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award by Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses.
Headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey, AZCO designs and builds equipment that feeds and cuts flexible materials for the converting, packaging and medical device industries. In 1983, Andrew, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and a master’s in theology from Seton Hall University, founded the company in his basement. As its reputation grew, AZCO developed its “building block” concept, which allows standard units to be combined and customized to meet specific customer requirements. These scalable, modular systems can be easily adapted to provide solutions for a wider range of applications.
Alongside these standard products, AZCO has continued to offer fully customized solutions under Andrew’s leadership, ensuring customers receive exactly what they need to optimize their operations. Today, AZCO products are sold to many companies, from small startups to some of the world’s largest corporations.
Most recently, Andrew oversaw AZCO’s acquisition of S-Y-M Products Company, a manufacturer and distributor of automatic tube coiling machines. With this move, AZCO has added S-Y-M’s coiling and winding equipment to its already expansive lineup of feeding and cutting machines. In addition to leading AZCO through its technical innovation and growth, Andrew has cultivated a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated to serve our customers and members.
