Our Solution:
AZCO Corp. designed and manufactured an automatic bench top tubing cutter with a dancer unwind that is ideal for precisely cutting flexible tubing up to 1” [25mm] in diameter.
- Material is loaded on to the medium dancer unwind.
- The cantilevered design allows for quick and easy loading of materials.
- Unit is powered by an AC variable speed motor and drive.
- A drive motor maintains a consistent loop of material.
- The loop will feedback to the motor creating consistent tension.
- A rocker switch allows the unit to change direction for easy setup and versatility.
- From the unwind station, tubing is fed through the custom infeed guide.
- Material is then pulled into the dual drive tractor belt system.
- Belts are turned by a high accuracy, low maintenance indexing motor.
- The upper belt is pre-loaded for good contact which increases accuracy.
- Material guides can fit tubing up to 1” in diameter and can be easily be interchanged.
- The knife is contained in clear safety guarding.
- Blades are stainless steel.
- The unit has a color touchscreen for easy setup and operation.
- Custom cut lengths and cycles can be input on the unit’s touch screen.
- Unit requirements: Power Requirements: 110VAC 50-60Hz [220VAC optional] | Air requirement: 2.75-6 bar [40-90 PSI].

- The unwind is spec’d to accept variable spool sizes.
- The core shaft and vertical fingers will hold the material spool.
- Vertical fingers can be adjusted and tension loaded.
- Drive motor contains a consistent loop of material.
- Loop will feedback to the motor control and consistent tension.
- Rocker switch allows the unit to change direction for easy setup and versatility.
